• All applicants agree that they have read and will abide by our Parade Policies.

• All applications are subject to the approval of the Rose, White and Blue 4th of July Parade and Festival Board of Directors.

• Space is extremely limited for groups, so the earlier you submit your application, the better! Load-in/load-out directions and more information to come.

• Plan to arrive between 7:30-9 a.m. and be ready by 9 a.m. ​
